1. Services Offered

  • MamaLuu Express provides vehicle, aircraft, and boat shipping services between UK ⇄ Ghana
  • Pickup available anywhere in the UK and Ghana
  • Delivery to the recipient’s address or agreed location

2. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We DO NOT accept:

  • Illegal goods or substances
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives
  • Drugs or controlled substances
  • Counterfeit or stolen items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • ⚠️ Customers are fully responsible for the contents of their shipment
  • Any illegal item discovered will be reported to authorities

3. Packaging & Documentation

  • Customers must ensure items are properly packed and labeled
  • Accurate item descriptions and values must be provided
  • MamaLuu Express is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing documentation

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All shipments are subject to customs inspection
  • Customs duties, taxes, or penalties are the responsibility of the sender or receiver
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance

5. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, port congestion, or airline/sea schedules
  • MamaLuu Express is not liable for delays beyond our control

6. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance is optional and must be requested at the time of booking
  • Without insurance, liability is limited to the shipping cost only
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by:
  • Poor packaging
  • Customs seizure
  • Natural disasters
  • Third-party handlers

7. Payments

  • Full or agreed payment must be made before shipment
  • Prices may vary based on size, weight, and transport method
  • No refunds after shipment has been dispatched

8. Collection & Storage

  • Unclaimed goods after 14 days may attract storage charges
  • Goods not collected after 30 days may be disposed of without refund

9. Claims & Complaints

  • Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By sending items through MamaLuu Express, customers confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
